Change of address or order cancellation

CANCEL MY ORDER

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel your order by logging in your account.

To get access to your account, click on ''Sign in'' button option on the top right corner on home page.

Once you are logged into your account, you will have the option to cancel your order by clicking on my orders. Then click on the order you wish to cancel and cancel it.

A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been cancelled.

Please note that orders already shipped cannot be modified and will appear in your order history.

Changing the delivery address of a recently placed order

As long as your order has not been shipped, you can change your delivery address by logging into your account.

To change your delivery address, please follow these simple steps:

Click on 'Sign in' as described above.
Click on 'My Orders' as described above.
Click on the order you wish to modify and edit the address, change it and then, save it.

A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been sent to the new address.
